AsSalamu Alaikum W.W

Just wanted to ask:

If a person does not wish pictures to be taken on their wedding day, and they tell people however people still do not listen and take the pictures, then who will be sinning, the people or the person whomn the picture was taken of? ... Also what if a bride/groom has fear that if he/she is too strict on their guests not to take pictures then their realitives will think they are rude and the realitives will talk back and argue and like that there will be a breakage within the family (Over not being allowed to take wedding pictures)...
In a situation like that what do you do? because we know as muslims we shouldnt take photos as every one will see it, the mehram and the Ghair mehram etc. but if we are scared that family ties will break then what do we do? as family realations (Sulah Rehmi) is very important in Islam.

JazakAllah Khair.

"...It is narrated on the authority of Tariq b. Shihab: It was Marwan who initiated (the practice) of delivering khutbah (address) before the prayer on the 'Id day. A man stood up and said: Prayer should precede khutbah. He (Marwan) remarked, This (practice) has been done away with. Upon this Abu Sa'id remarked: This man has performed (his duty) laid on him. I heard the Messenger of Allah as saying: He who amongst you sees something abominable should modify it with the help of his hand; and if he has not strength enough to do it, then he should do it with his tongue, and if he has not strength enough to do it, (even) then he should (abhor it) from his heart, and that is the least of faith..."

Asalamu Alaikum

If someone has just converted for the ceremony then the nikha is invalid.
